The version I received is the still sealed full commercial CD package of "Corel Wordperfect Suite 8 Professional" with full printed documentation which weighs 4.5 pounds as delivered. That means very few new computers are likely to run this old version.

This is a 16 bit Windows version so needs a 32 bit processor (The P4 was the last I believe) as the newest that can run it in a native mode per my understanding. It has WP DOS 6.2 installed in the DOS boot area and WP Suite 8 is about the most stable and similar version of WP available for older versions of Windows per the WPUniverse WP support site. It is also set up dual boot on the hard drive with DOS 6.22 as one of the available operating systems. I have an old dual processor HP VX6/200 upraded to 333 MHZ P2 Overdrive processors that still runs Windows 2000. Unless you are running a very old version of Windows this version of Wordperfect is not recommended.
